# Jet Cab AMS

> Private chauffeur service in Amsterdam with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class vehicles.

Jet Cab AMS is registered under KvK 89919637 and VAT NL004773800B83. Service hours are 04:00 to 20:00 daily, Europe/Amsterdam time. Prices are in EUR. Services include fixed Schiphol transfers, custom rides and 15 private driving tours. Fixed rides need 2 hours' notice. Custom rides need 24 hours' notice.

The standard Schiphol pickup is included: the driver meets the passenger at pickup zone P in front of Schiphol Plaza (the short-stay/kiss-and-ride pickup area), and meeting details come with the booking confirmation email. For €25 extra the driver instead waits inside the arrivals hall with a name card. Waiting time: the 15 complimentary minutes start at the agreed pickup time; for airport pickups with a flight number, flight delays automatically move the agreed pickup time, so delays never count as waiting. After the 15 minutes, waiting is €15 per 15 minutes. Passengers who cannot find the driver call or WhatsApp +31 6 4366 8078. Jet Cab AMS can purchase attraction entry tickets on request with at least 28 days' notice. Ticket costs are separate and purchases depend on availability and customer approval.

Fixed Schiphol fares apply to addresses inside the zone of each route (and the nearby towns listed with their own fares in /data/rates.json). An address outside every zone gets no fixed fare: the quote and the request are refused with error address_zone and the customer books a custom ride instead. Hotels and towns named without a postcode are placed by a server-side lookup. Custom rides are priced 20% below the meter: the car meter tariff for 1 to 4 passengers, the taxibus meter tariff (the official 2026 maximum for a taxi van) for 5 to 8 passengers. Route pages also show the official meter maximum, and train and Schiphol parking costs, next to the fixed fare.

Vehicle capacity: E-Class 4 passengers, S-Class 2 passengers, V-Class 7 passengers. E-Class and S-Class take at most 2 large suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage; with more luggage the booking uses the V-Class. Fixed Schiphol routes can be booked as a retour (returnTrip): the return ride goes the other way between the same address and Schiphol and is priced as a second ride. Several rides can be booked in one request (bundle, up to 5): tours and custom rides then share one 25% prepayment through SumUp, the rest is paid in the car. A free child seat is available on request. Extra stops start at €10. Larger groups can request multiple vehicles.

Fixed-route airport rides need no prepayment: the full fare is paid to the driver in the vehicle by card, cash or Tikkie. Fixed-route requests are confirmed by the driver by email. Tours and custom rides require a 25% deposit through SumUp during booking (iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) (custom-ride fares are calculated from the entered addresses) and become final after payment. The customer and driver receive confirmation by email. Transfers can be cancelled without charge until 24 hours before pickup; tours until 48 hours before pickup. The first 15 minutes of ordinary waiting are free, then waiting is €15 per 15 minutes.

- Browser agents: the homepage registers WebMCP tools (list_jetcab_services, check_jetcab_price, prefill_jetcab_booking, book_jetcab_ride) where the browser supports them. book_jetcab_ride fills in the whole booking form and opens the Review step with the checked price; it never ticks the Terms box or submits, so the customer confirms and presses submit themselves. Every form field, tab, step button and Edit button has an accessible name for agents that read the page.

## Booking with an AI agent (MCP)

- Tools: list_services (routes, tours, cars, prices), get_quote (exact price and quoteToken, no side effects; shown as a card with a Book button in ChatGPT and Claude), request_booking (sends the booking request; up to 5 rides at once with additionalRides), get_booking_status, change_booking and cancel_booking (all need the bookingId and the customer's email). list_services also returns the service hours, minimum notice and blocked dates. request_booking needs the same ride fields as the quote, the quoteToken and the customer's name, email, phone and acceptedTerms:true. cancel_booking cancels requests the driver has not confirmed yet and unpaid tours at once; for confirmed or paid bookings it notifies Jet Cab AMS, who handle it under the Terms. change_booking needs a fresh get_quote for the changed ride: unconfirmed requests are updated at once, confirmed or paid ones become a change request to Jet Cab AMS.

- Flow: quote, show the customer the total, any prepayment and the Terms, then book only after they approve. Fixed rides: the customer first gets an email with a Confirm link (24 hours); after that click the driver confirms by email, and the fare is paid in the car. Tours and custom rides return a checkoutUrl (our own payment link, paid via SumUp) for the 25% prepayment that the customer opens and pays.

- Call /api/book only after the customer has explicitly approved the quote and accepted the Terms. Use the customer's real email address and phone number: requests sent without the website are confirmed by the customer through a link emailed to them before the driver sees them, throwaway email addresses are refused, and each email address and phone number can send 5 requests a day. Responses never guarantee driver availability.
- Every booking must include the unchanged quoteToken returned by /api/quote. Quotes bind the journey, options, total and deposit for 15 minutes. Custom fares are honored during that window rather than recalculated at checkout. Changed rules/catalogue, an expired token or a changed journey returns HTTP 409 with reviewRequired:true before any booking, email or checkout is created. Obtain a new quote, show its total and deposit and obtain renewed customer approval; do not silently retry or approve for the customer.
- Fixed quote requests require routeId, direction and address. Custom quote requests require pickup and dropoff. Tour quote requests require tourIds (one to five unique IDs) and an agreed pickup address or hotel in pickup. All types also require car, date, time and passengers. Booking additionally needs name, email, phone, acceptedTerms:true and quoteToken (bookingId is optional; the server derives one). Complete quote examples and per-type constraints are in OpenAPI. A quote checks pricing and time rules, not driver availability.
